[Draft — pending legal review before launch]
1. Who we are
State Change Mastery is operated by [Entity — confirm: Mindful Rebel’s Edge LLC, d/b/a State Change Mastery] (“we,” “us”). By enrolling in the program you agree to these terms.
2. The program
State Change Mastery is a 6-week online cohort teaching breath, movement, and release-based protocols for reading and changing your internal State. It includes a weekly practice session (the Practice Circle), short audio and video lessons, daily practice protocols, and program materials. Session dates and times are published before the cohort begins. Attending the Practice Circle is optional.
3. Enrollment
Enrollment is by application. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place; we review each one and, when approved, send a payment link. Your place in the cohort is confirmed when payment completes. Application answers must be truthful — the screening exists for your safety (see section 6).
4. Price and payment
The program fee is $1,500 USD, paid in full at enrollment by credit or debit card (including Link). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. A receipt and invoice are issued automatically for every payment.
5. Refunds
Full refund through the end of week one of the course, no questions asked — the complete policy is on the refund policy page, which forms part of these terms. No refunds after week one.
6. Health, safety, and what this is not
State Change Mastery is education and coaching. It is not therapy, medical care, or a substitute for either, and no part of the program is medical advice or a promise of health outcomes.
- Parts of the program involve vigorous breathwork, physical movement, and intense emotional-release practices. They are not appropriate for everyone — in particular, for people with a significant trauma history, cardiac conditions, epilepsy, a history of dissociation, or who are pregnant. The application screens for this, and you agree to answer honestly.
- You participate at your own discretion and are responsible for knowing your limits. Adapt or skip any practice, and stop if something feels wrong.
- If you are under the care of a physician or mental-health professional for a relevant condition, consult them before enrolling.
7. Recordings and materials
Practice Circle sessions may be recorded and shared with the cohort. By participating with your camera or microphone on, you consent to appearing in any recording. All program materials — recordings, audio, workbooks, the protocol — are our intellectual property, licensed to you for personal use only. Don’t redistribute, resell, or teach from them without written permission.
8. Community conduct
The cohort works because people are honest and generous with each other. Treat what others share in the Practice Circle as confidential. We may remove anyone who is disruptive or makes the space unsafe for others; removal for cause after week one is not grounds for a refund.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We stand behind the program, but individual results vary and no specific outcome is guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the program is provided “as is,” and our total liability for any claim arising from it is limited to the amount you paid for the program.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. The terms in force when you enrolled govern your cohort.
