What we collect
- Application information — your name, email, and your answers to the application questions (including the safety screening).
- Assessment answers — your name, email, and your answers to the free assessment, used to build your scorecard.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers; we receive only confirmation of payment, your name and email, and billing country/zip.
- Program participation — Practice Circle sessions may be recorded (see the Terms); if you appear on camera or mic, you may be part of that recording, which is shared with your cohort only.
- Site usage— we use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site: pages viewed, how they arrived (for example from an ad), device and approximate location. It uses cookies. Before anything is sent, we remove personal details such as names and assessment answers from page addresses. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or by blocking cookies.
How we use it
To review applications, deliver the program, send you receipts and program communications, send you your scorecard and occasional State Change emails (practices and course news), and improve the course. Every email has an unsubscribe link; you can unsubscribe anytime. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it except with the service providers below.
Who processes it for us
- Stripe — payment processing, receipts, and invoices.
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Resend — program and transactional email.
- GetResponse — our email list and newsletters.
- Supabase — stores applications and assessment answers.
Retention and your rights
We keep enrollment and payment records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete what we’re not legally required to keep, by emailing support@statechangemastery.com.
Age
The program and site are for adults 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
